Kumar Appasawmy

Kumar Appasawmy is a paralegal, licenced by the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2010 and Member of the ‘Paralegal Society of Ontario’. He holds a B.A. degree in modern languages and  Literature, advanced diplomas in French and German from ‘Alliance Francaise de Paris’ and  Goethe Institute, Munich, respectively. He was awarded an honours diploma in Paralegal studies  from Herzing college, Toronto. He has extensive experience in settling disputes between clients  of a financial institution and merchants across Canada. He represents his clients in English and  French in Small claims court, Landlord and tenant board, WSIB/WSIAT, Provincial offences,  Criminal court (summary conviction) and in immigration matters. He is a commissioner for  Taking Oaths and Affidavits.   Kumar practices as a paralegal across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario including but not limited to Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham.
